1. Reading Autobiography
This video was made for ECI 307 Middle Years Reading in which we were to document our relationship with reading as well as highlighting some of our favorite books. It was one of my first real attempts at making a video on Windows Movie Maker and was an important step in the eventual creation of my Paul Harvey video on the 21st Century Technologies page.
I think this artifact reflects not only my growth in my video making skills but also it was a reflection on my relationship with reading as a future language arts and social studies teacher. I am admitidly a non-reader but as I assert in the video there were times when the chore of reading was made more barable than others.
This Prezi was made for an assignment for ECI 445 in which we had to take stock of how we portray ourselves on the internet. The results of my findings were much as I expected: nothing much to hide or be ashamed of, and what little there was I promptly hid.
I think this artifact reflects (though it was to fullfill an assignment) an intention to craft a professional online image and understand that my online presence can affect how I am perceived by future employers.
